This composite consists of long carbon fibers (5-25mm) fully impregnated with thermoplastic resin through a proprietary die system. The long fiber length enhances mechanical properties compared to conventional short-fiber thermoplastics (fiber length < 12mm). Available matrix resins include PP, PA6, PA66, PPA, PA12, MXD6, PBT, PET, TPU, PPS, LCP, PEEK, and more.
