Composite consists of continuous carbon fiber (5-25 mm length) fully impregnated in thermoplastic resin. The LFT process ensures uniform fiber dispersion and minimal fiber breakage for consistent mechanical properties.
We offer customized fiber lengths (5-25 mm), resin selection (PA, PP, PPS, etc.), and additive packages for UV resistance, flame retardancy, or electrostatic discharge. Mold design and injection molding support available.
